In a corporate world the term "enterprise" usually denotes a superior, extended quality. Enterprise grade is higher than "home", "small business" or even "professional".
For a decentralized solutions like blockchain, however, marking a product as "enterprise" level is somewhat strange. By its definition it has no center, no fixed state, no borders. A national currency, for instance, would not benefit if described with this adjective. Further, enterprise blockchain solution implies a private blockchain which lacks the major characteristics of this technology.
